We are currently searching for a candidate who has the ability to create feasibility studies for customers and provide training as well. The ideal candidate will support the sales department with machine demos and attend machine tool shows. This is a hands-on position that requires CNC multi axis programming utilizing CAM systems for set up, debugging, tool design, fixture design and knowledge of speeds and feeds. The candidate must have strong CNC milling experience having worked on complex contours and difficult angles. Past experience with Heidenhain and Siemens controls is preferred. Experience improving cycle times and tool life is also a plus. Candidates must possess strong communication and project management skills and must be able to meet tight deadlines. The preferred candidate will be required to create time studies for production.
Microsoft Office knowledge is mandatory.
This position requires traveling throughout North America.

REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to: no less than 4 years of experience processing, programming, tooling and setting up complex machine tool packages. Knowledge of CNC milling is required. We will consider both degreed candidates as well as experience. Knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens controls is strongly preferred.
